How we work with you.

We believe that investing in a new kitchen or bathroom should be an
exciting, creative, and enjoyable process. We will listen to your ideas
and work closely with you through all stages, from design to completion,
to ensure a completely successful outcome ~ a kitchen or bathroom
that you are truly proud of.

Step one ~ Your inspiration, our expertise.

The first step is to just give us a call, or come to see our showroom in St Austell, Cornwall. Tell us your ideas, any thoughts on styles that you like and let us know what your budget is. We will then arrange for one of our designers to visit you at home, at your convenience, without any pressure and absolutely free of charge and obligation. During our first visit, we will take detailed measurements and fully discuss your requirements and preferences with you. One of our designers will then help you to evolve your ideas, to ensure that your new kitchen is both functionally and aesthetically as you want it.

The design might be inspired by your home - you may have a beautiful stained glass window in the hall, for example, and its design could be incorporated into a cupboard door.


Step two ~ Approving the design.

When you are completely satisfied with our proposal, we will send you a letter of confirmation, discuss convenient dates for installation and take an initial deposit.


Step three ~ Installation.

Our kitchen fitters are experienced and will ensure that the installation takes place with as little inconvenience as possible, keeping noise, dust and interruption to your water, gas and electricity supplies to a minimum. We aim to finish within one week, although occasionally this may run on into a second week if more substantial building work is involved or your new kitchen incorporates complex materials, such as granite. Should you prefer to arrange your own fitting, we also offer kitchens on a “supply only” basis.


Step four ~ It’s all yours!

Your new kitchen is now all yours to enjoy! Once we have finished, we will provide you with a customer care folder. This will include details of all the warranties together with advice about how to look after your new kitchen. However, our service doesn’t stop there. If you have any questions, or in the unlikely event that a problem arises, call us and we will be there to help you. That’s a promise!
